| Beschrijving | This dirt road goes to the small hamlet of Maguinda, 30 skull-wracking kilometers from Butuan City, Agusan del Norte in Mindanao. Sounds remote, but we have been working with this quiet and friendly community for 5 years. With all of the challenges of poor, far-flung areas of the country, these people have managed to set-up and manage a Multipurpose Community Telecenter, a sort of internet cafe cum business center cum local information center. Equipped with a VSAT Internet connection, and several new desktop PCs, Maguinda is now connected to the world of the web. Mabuhay!
