Op basis van een periodieke scan van open proxy's is vastgesteld dat dit IP-adres gebruikt wordt door een z.g. anonymizer, ook wel CGI- of PHP-proxy genoemd. Het IP-adres voor gebruikers van deze netwerken verandert continu, wat individuele blokkades lastig of onmogelijk maakt. Om vandalisme te beperken hebben wij preventief zulke aansluitingen geblokkeerd.
