It is not really Bulgaria. It is actually Indian-Pakistani, probably brought to Balkans via Gypsies. As a matter of fact, it is rather archaic dish in Bulgaria. It is more alive in Serbia and Macedonia. Hence this is quite an overstatement. Tnx. --77.248.147.148 23 sep 2016 12:11 (CEST)
