Sorry for writing in English, but I thought it would be necessary to leave a comment: In the article one can read De bacterie werd in 1887 ontdekt door de Franse bioloog Louis Pasteur. This statement is not correct, though it can be found in the en:Streptococcus sobrinus as well. I just contributed to the de:Streptococcus sobrinus and found several sources for Alan L.
